I went in to a ranked battle, My opponent had a Politoed as a lead I had Staraptor, I switched to Clefable for the Scald.

Now Clefable was in I used Soft-Boiled as he switched to Ferrothorn, my Soft-Boiled did nothing, I used it again but still nothing happened I even used it a third time just to make sure but still Soft-Boiled didn't work.

Do you have it on video or something? It might help the developers even more!
