Yess u cant breed pokes in PRO BUT maybe in future update and catching is the best option to getting a gud or epic Ivs poke

So gl with ur hunt

Breeding will not be in the game. It was left out on purpose as having it would ruin the games economy. The only way to get better ivs (except with legendaries which you have to use a reroll on) is to just keep hunting until you get better ivs. You shouldn't hunt until you get perfect. With pure hunting its too unlikely you'll get something like 28+ ivs in all stats. Its better to aim for about 20 in all stats, and 25+ in the two stats that your mon will use the most (dmg stat and speed for an offensive mon, hp and a defense stat for a defensive mon, etc) but even ivs that high arent required. Nobody is running around with a team full of perfect iv mons or anything crazy like that.
