Discord bot says that you can find ponyta in:

Mt Silver Upper Mountainside Land M/D Tier 2 No 47-51 -

But there is not in the game.

Hi there, first of all, sorry for the inconveniences. The area you are talking about actually exists in the game. It's located right before the summit where you have to pass through after you have beaten Jackson or before you fight Red.
