First, please go ahead and make sure that your graphics card driver is up to date. It appears you're running an AMD Graphics Card, therefore, you can try to use the AMD Autodetect Tool to get it running the latest version. If it crashes upon update, I'd highly suggest trying to do a clean install next. You can also try to make an exception in your antivirus for PRO if this does not work for you. This is embarrassing. Anyway. Thank you for your answer. Did the update, just started to play, no crashes so far but I'll come back to you in a few hours to keep you updated. Hi, i play PRO since 2016 in Gold server and actually i have 250/300 hours in game. I have this problem with the apk for Android gave by the website. Like others before me i have some problem with crash caused when i meet any wild pokemon, i don't know if someone else has mine same problem but since last launcher update the game started crushing even after i installed and reinstalled the game (FOR ANDROID) and when that happen it says: "PRO has stopped to work".
