Is not a black screen problem mate , the problem is the following , i login in the game and despite being active servers and have the latest update and started not long ago, I get with this error. Hi, did you try connecting to all three servers or just one? Sometimes the server status takes a little while to update and will show it as on when it has just gone down. I try to start in the blue server specifically, for 2 days, something else, if it is for the theme of the antivirus I took a whole year entering the game with this antivirus and had never had problems, I do not know if the current update has problems with it. It very well could be the anti-virus. Do you have an exception in the anti-virus for pro? If not can you try that to see if it works. If you do already than the anti-virus could be ignoring the exception. I had the same problem in January, after years of the same anti-virus it just stopped allowing me to connect to pro. I tried a multitude of things and in the end the only thing that worked was to delete the anti-virus and use a different one. I have seen a few cases where this has been the same for others as well. I had avast anti-virus and had to switch over to windows defender to fix the problem for me. Before doing drastic steps like that try adding an exception for the game or playing the game with the anti-virus turned off, hopefully that will fix your issue and you won't need to take the drastic steps I did. Friend, I do it from my personal computer, but seen what he has told me, I think I know the problem, I am connected to a wifi network which has limitations of some web pages, fortiguard, that could have blocked my access to the game as well or the connection to it. In fact yesterday I tried to enter another game and it did not let me access the servers.
