So i was making a trade with somebody for a dragon fang in saffron pc, then i wen to the train station to go back to goldenrod to continue my ev training for my buddy, before i went i checked the ticket sell price to see how much they cost but i was spam clicking fast and clicking the 7 day pass for 100k. first of all i want my 100k back and refund my pass, second of all, who in the hell would spend 100k of a train for 7 days when i can just bike to the next region. no staff will believe this but if u do i want a refund cause this is bs.

Hi, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund in a case like this as it wasn't a bug and was a legitimate purchase from a NPC. Firstly, The transit passes are bought from a different NPC to the one where you pay for one time travel. Secondly, I would advise you to not spam click when interacting with the NPCs especially if you do not know what they say to avoid incidents likes this in the future.

 

As for who would buy it, many players, myself included buy the transit pass as if you are a regular traveller between regions it saves a lot of money. The pass isn't just for the saffron/goldenrod train, it also allows you to use ferries and the rapid transit between pokecenters without having to pay the fee for however long the pass lasts for.

 

I will lock this thread as we will not be taking action in this case and I wish you the best in getting your money back via other means.
