Im battling this npc in the Goldenrod Underground. I use a Full restore and hyper potion on my Parasect and it only healed a small portion of my health. They both healed the same amount which was like I used a Soda pop. When it died and I used a regular revive, the health healed all the way to full. Also his murkrow somehow nearly ohko's my Mon when it's my mon is at lvl 64 and his at 19. Something weird going on with Spore too instead of sleep it confuses. I have one Pokemon left but it won't let me do anything anymore couldn't use items couldn't even go into my last Pokemon.

 

I cannot make this stuff up. This is exactly what happened.

March, 14th 7th Generation update:

Super Potion and Hyper Potion now heal 60 HP and 120 HP respectively.

Fresh Water, Soda Pop and Lemonade have been nerfed, previously healing 50 HP and now down to 30, 60 down to 50 and 80 down to 70 respectively.

From looks like descriptions was not yet updated, at least I still see old descriptions at Red Server.

That doesn't explain the multiple bugs I faced during this battle.

 

I assume you just saw the part about the hyper potion and just jumped to that conclusion. I suggest you read a little more into a post especially a bug report before you have a verdict.
