Mrhapps Posted March 31, 2018 Share Posted March 31, 2018 I put heal pulse on my ralts. It says it restores 50% of the targets hp. when i use this move it does not seem to do anything. It did not heal me after using the same move 3 turns in a row, it didnt heal the enemy, it didn't let me select a target to heal even. I think something is seriously wrong with this ability and it sucks because i was planning on having this ralts be my team healer using this ability.
