Hi there,

 

There's a bit of a naming bug in our database where certain moves sharing words with another move only show one of the moves; the current known workaround is to simply learn the undesired move first, and then learn the desired one after. For instance, to learn 'Spikes' on Forretress, you may need to learn 'Toxic Spikes' first, as shown below:

And upon learning 'Toxic Spikes', the move 'Spikes' will now appear, as shown below:

In regards to the Altaria, it's moveset isn't wholly implemented in our game currently, therefore Cotton Guard is unavailable for the time being. Apologies for the inconvenience. I hope this helped solve your issue, and with this being said, I wish you a good day!
