Hello there! Recently I fight with Reroll Ticket Boss by mistake with trash pokes below lvl100, on that time I was looking for egg place for Easter Egg quest can u reset that boss for me?

and I didn't get that 1st reward from Egg Maniac Yossi because of lost connection issue! also didn't get my 40 coin from server down issued give away in blue server can you guys please check those issue for me as well? Thank You!

about the boss free reroll ticket is only one and you cannot fight back also this need go to the bug resolution settings not in general support

Unfortunately, you lost to the Reroll Ticket Boss, and we cannot reset the boss for you as it would set an unhealthy precedent for future requests, and it'd also be unfair to other players who didn't get another chance. Fulfilling all these requests to reset bosses would also put a load on staffs' hands, taking time away from other more impending duties we have.

 

I regret to inform you that it is impossible to tell through the database if you truly received your easter egg Lunch Box or not, as it appears at one point in your PRO journey, you've had one before. I'm afraid to say that we cannot refund your Lunch Box.

 

Lastly, players who were disciplined at one point (quietbanned, trade banned, etc.) did not receive the 40 coins. I'm afraid that this is intended and we will not be giving players who have broken the rules in the past 40 coins.
