Royalhotness Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 The elevator in this building is inaccessible, on any floor other than 1F, in which it says Autorization Failed. However, the sparkly things still show, suggesting one should be able to enter. Checking this before and after battling everyone in the building, produced equal results. Report This to NPC Bugs !
