how to merge red server

i want to merge but it can't login to dash board cause of the same problems invalid user/password yet its the same password for forums

I already joined the 2 accounts and I still can not access the silver server.

always tells me password or invalid user, and joined the peincipal account that is red.

Please read the Server Merge FAQ. You will find everything you need to do in order to be able to play on Silver there.

For those that get the invalid password error after merging, please change the password, it should work after that.

 

As BugloverV2 stated, EVERYONE who played on Red or Blue need to go through the merging process in order to be able to log in on Silver server.

In case any of you have any further issues, please post in this thread and we will do our best to help you.

I already merged the accounts but it will not let me login into the game. I can log into account and the gold server using the same user and password however. Can you help at all.

Glad im not the only one this happening to, thought it was just me.

I really do hope I get my faculties back when I was on the Blue server I have hope they'll fix it.

Still can't log in on Silver server, I'm able to log in on the Gold server but it makes me start from Scratch and I just played through Johto on the previous Red server.

Did you merge your accounts, and in case you have and got the incorrect password message, did you change your password?
