As answered in the Common Merge Error: FAQ:

If you haven't yet merged your accounts, please do so in your dashboard and it should resolve your issue.
If you don't know how to merge from your dashboard, please check the thread previously linked as it shows all steps; make sure you select the correct main server as well.

 

If you encounter any more complications and it isn't properly addressed in the Merge Errors FAQ, please let me know.
