Hi,

 

all my trained pokes have dropped in level by a significant amount since the merge from red to silver, and all the pokes i have deleted have now appeared in my pc. I know people are aware of the deleted pokemon returning in pc issue but not spoken to anybody else experiencing the level drop. I have also noticed they are pokemon missing, some that trained up to lv70. Is there a solution to this. Thanks
