I wanted to ask: the number of Eevee in the safari zones decreased? Developers have changed something in the game?

In Hoenn Safari Zone I spent 140 000$ during the week, but I only caught 9 Eevee.

 

In the Kanto Safari Zone in December, spending only 40 000, it was possible to catch 8-10 Eevee

The spawn rates of Eevee in the Safari Zones did not change; it is all due to luck. Keep in mind that, although Eevee from the Hoenn Safari and Kanto Safari are the same Tier, the surrounding Pokemon spawns have an effect on how often an Eevee will appear for you.
