Hi, i used to have my account in the Red Server so in order to continue playing i follow the steps from this forum to merge my account so i can still playing, the problem is that when i try to log in the silver server, it keep showing invalid username or password, but when i log in the gold server the game starts normally.

Also when i look in my account page it shows my play time on the silver server.

Silver is the new merged server between the red and blue servers. Have you tried resetting your password for your account yet?

So have both of you already done the steps required to merge your old red/blue server accounts together? If not please take a moment to check this link Merge FAQ . If you have already done this and still are having issues with logging into the new server silver with your new merged accounts please try resetting your password and try logging in after doing a password reset. If the problem persists please make sure you're currently using the new PRO client. The new client is Mythical Lugia.
