Hello PRO staff,im here cuz of little problems after the merge,my brother lost his account,and all he remember is ID/PASS,sadly his email got lost somehow,since account was pretty old!

So im here to ask if there is any possibility to get helped somehow,like changing the email for that account,or just make it alive again idk....

Would be pretty kind of yall,if you help me with this,since inside that account i have all my 3 years of farm and some cool shinies i wouldnt like to lose!

Hello friend.

 

He can log in here at the PRO dashboard and change his information including email address if he remember his account name and password.

This is also where you merge your accounts from red and blue into one at silver server. If you do not merge account here it will register as invalid when you try to log into silver.
