Since the new maj for gold and silver server, i can't log on silver server and when i log on gold server with the exact same id and password i start from the beginning of the game, do i have to do something to get my account back ?

Hello my friend.

 

Please try logging into dashboard and merging your red and blue accounts together and then logging in. Make sure you choose the account you want everything to go to when it merges.
