Im merged today and surprise, No pokemon, no pokedex , no items, I start to walk to pallet town cause dont remenver maybe a dont have pokedex or something but no now im stuck in Oak's Laboratory y get out I try to talk with him a just look at me and nothing happens, What I can do? I cant play now..

Hello,

 

When you merge did you make sure to select the correct account that you wanted? You had an option to choose the blue or red server account. If you chose the wrong server and had acc there it will start you over but you should have everything from the other server still on that account like pokes etc.

Yes I merged in my main account (Red Server) to silver, Now I have 8000 pokedollars and 80 Coins, 0 Pokemon and no pokedex, help please.

The only other thing I can think is that maybe u chose to keep them a separate account instead? That was an option too.

Unfortunately, those who got caught up in a clean-up of their data would require a complete server maintenance for their data to be implemented, and PRO staff would need to sift through multiple server backups dating a long time ago to do so. There is only one staff member with such an ability, and those who were cleaned up were accounts that were inactive for a year or more and had 15 hours or less on the account.

 

Therefore, the best we can do for you is offer an account reset and a complimentary 40 coins (to buy clothes or whatever you like) for the inconvenience. This will essentially allow you to completely start over on with the same account. If you previously donated on that account, you may provide proof of transaction and we'll be able to put the coins/items back on your account.

Your account has been unmerged; could you please do the merge again, but this time, select Blue as your main server instead of Red. This is IMPORTANT!
