I am having an issue with the game. Yesterday I had no problems running the game, no crashes, no lag, fps stabilized. Anyway... now once I tried to login back I got a crash error. As I got this I immediately proceeded to follow the instructions provided in this topic thread: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/index.php?threads/▶︎-read-this-before-making-a-support-topic-◀︎.28250/

And then followed the guide provided on how to fix this specific error on Windows 10: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/12212-url

For some reason the game kept giving me the same exact error as before. So I would like to know if there is any other way I can fix this problem? If there isn't I have no other choice but to wait until a new update launch. ;(

Hi there,

Could you paste the generated crash log within spoiler tags, if possible? This will greatly aid in helping troubleshoot your issue, as it could be a multitude of reasons.

Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there,

Could you try to see if you have any corrupted files on your PC?

  Quote
  • Start the Run Prompt (Windows Key + R),
  • Type in cmd, (the basic Windows console should appear),
  • Type in the command sfc /scannow.

Note that you may need to be running your cmd in administator mode in order to use the sfc utility.

Doing the above should fix any corrupted files on your computer and reinstall them, but you should also do a clean install of your drivers as well.

To do a clean re-install of your NVidia graphics card driver, you will first need to remove the driver by doing the following:

  Quote
Windows 10

  • Press the Windows button and X, then click on Control Panel.
  • Choose Programs and Features.
  • Select the NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers from the list of programs.
  • Click the Change/Remove button.
  • Confirm you want to uninstall.
  • Reboot your computer when prompted.

Windows 7 and 8.1

  • Go to Control Panel
  • Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  • Select the NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers from the list of programs.
  • Click the Change/Remove or Add/Remove button.
  • Confirm you want to uninstall.
  • Reboot your computer when prompted.

After doing the above, please re-install your graphics card driver from the NVidia Website.

You should also completely re-install PRO afterward!

Let me know what happens after you do the above, and until then, have a good day!

Kind Regards, Astraea.
