You can merge your old red account + blue account into a silver account by going to the dashboard. Here is a link to the dashboard. The staff have also created a Common Merge Errors FAQ which has issues which you may experience during your merge of the old accounts into the new account. Also, within the Common Merge Errors FAQ you can find a visual guide how to merge your old red and blue accounts together.
