It sounds as though you've encountered a rollback situation. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to recover your lost items or money. We're currently working on fixing the problems which cause or server crashes/deadlocks in an effort to minimize things like this from happening in the future.

sure, items and cash lost no its a real problem, the problem its in future in other situations for example quest etc...
