The move should not hit multi times, it should last 3 turns as Outrage does:

 

Well ye, the move is not coded and I dont request that but it should be banned untill its fixed. Imagine this move on a Normal type pokemon with "STAB" (Same Type Attack Bonus) and "Choice Specs". Also, both hits can CRIT your enemy.
