hi i have a problem i have a banned account on red but i was using my blue account and i was playing on and i cant merge it the blue and the red and i cant play on silver server

can i skip merging and just put my blue account on silver to continue playing with my old blue account on silver account please?

Sorry for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, you will need to do the merge to transfer your progress from Blue to Silver. As stated in the Server Merge FAQ:

Q: My account is banned, can I still merge it?

A: You can't. If you are only banned on one server then you can keep both accounts, but you have to rename the account that's not banned.

 

It is mentioned there that you will have to use Option 2 where you will need to keep both accounts(Blue and Red) but you will need to rename one of them. You can merge your account via the Dashboard.

 

Quick Reminder on how to merge:

[spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!
