What have you done before the problem was there?: Leveling my Charizard

What have you already tried to solve the problem?: No

Description and Message: I was leveling my Charizard to lvl.47 to learn Flamethrower. I put that move on the Slash move place. I got to the Safari Zone to level up my Growlithe. He died and I put my Charizard onto the battle place. I wanted to test the Flamethrower attack and when I saw my attacks I haven't seen the Flamethrower move. I unfortunately don't have any screenshots. Please tell me what's wrong.

relearn the move in cerulean or saffron city with the move relearner or buy the MT when you beat the cinnabar gym
