What have you done before the problem was there?

Today at 10:00 AM i was training 2 pokemon 's EV in same time with 2 macho brace ,i drag and drop the items to the pokemons after few minutes server crash i log out but,when come back up mine pokemon had lost 3-4 levels (this is not a problem i know how work rollback) but my two macho braces were not owned by my pokemons and disappeared from my backpack too,

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

No way for solve alone please i ask to give me back my 2 macho braces ...thank for your time

The problem is that i owned macho braces weeks ago not meanwhile server crashed,they were in my backpack for two weeks how can lost in 2 minutes rollback ???? this is not a rollbackproblem (like a pokemon catched any seconds before crash),do you understand what i mean? rollback don't work like this, is a bug and you know it ,so please i ask again mine 2 macho brace ( or at least 1 !!!) because it's important item , and mine game experience is totally wasted without it

It can be rollbacked. Allow me to explain

Action 1 : Place macho brace onto pokemon from bag

Action 2 : Processing

Action 3 : Macho brace is held by the pokemon

 

On rollback, it will be stuck at action 2, where its looped within itself. In cases like this, there is nothing can be done. However, you can find macho braces in dig spots and from the NPC at goldenrod.
