I have been trying to catch a Houndour with the right nature for about three days now and have had no luck. It only spawns at night and has a rarity of 8. I've managed to find 2 which I caught so far but am having tremendous difficulty with finding one. I've run into at least ten Sudowoodo which has a rarity of 9 here but am having absolutely no luck finding Houndour. I'm wondering if it is a problem for anyone else? The rarities I got off of the PRO Wiki site so perhaps it's incorrect on there?

Generally it's more about luck in these cases. I do not see it as a problem just a matter of bad luck. Keep trying and you should get one eventually.

 

Keep in mind the sync has a 50% chance to work and is not guaranteed.
