Can you please be more specific on how you can't merge? For reference, I'll post the quick tutorial listed in the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. Tell me what step you get stuck on, and what's different.

 

 

Quick Reminder on how to merge:

Are you sure you are using the correct domain link? I'll give it to you here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/. The old dashboard link will not work.

 

Can you please try to merge your account again? But this time, try to clear your cache and cookies or try to use another browser to open the dashboard. Can you try to merge with other devices? Phone or another computer just to check if it's something with your device, network or your account. If it doesn't work, can you also try to use a proxy to merge your account? And if you don't mind me asking, would you please tell me where are you from?
