I have a serious problem, I had more than 20 candies and they disappeared only one was found, I had to spend another 15 candy from my other account and after the update of today, again, only one appears.

What's going on?

did you start the Heatran quest but haven't finish it?

if yes, your rare candies and master balls are properly taken by the NPC in Heatran cave

you have to catch or beat Heatran

then talk to the NPC in Heatran room to get them back

It's true I did it, but at the time I had 7 candies, before maintenance I had around 26 candies and now I only have 1, and it has happened to me twice...
