First, I'd like to let you know that I split your post from the original thread; please do not hijack another player's post if they are not having the same issue as you.

 

With that said, UAE ISPs are known to block PRO due to their high censorship system; the only way to bypass this and play PRO is to use a VPN or proxy. You can learn a lot about what VPN and proxies are—as well as their differences—here. You can find more about what a player did from UAE to start playing PRO here.
