Account deleted

Hello,

i was playing in february 2018 last time. today i wanted to play again a bit and saw just the server silver and gold. i logged in gold in with my unsername and password. than my account started a now game. all my pokemons are away, all my playtime and all badgets. what is that? is the game reseted? is everything for every time away, or does i get my things back after a time. pls.

Which server did you play on before the merge? Because the red and blue servers merged together to make silver while the gold server is the old yellow server. It sounds like you may have played on either red or blue back in February. Below you can find some helpful information about how to merge your account and if you did play on blue and red everything should be there once you finish merging.

 

If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts, you can merge them in the dashboard, make sure to select the right server as your main serverhttps://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/

Your progress is stored on the Blue server, it has not been deleted.

 

As Spacemuffin mentioned, you must first merge your Blue and Red server accounts to play again on the Silver Server.

 

Follow the merge steps to succesfully merge your account.

How to merge:

[spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button:

[spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!

In your case, you would have to select the Blue Server as your main account.
