I'm sorry for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, we don't delete the account if it's just recently created. Usually, we will do a database clean up for inactive accounts once in a while and only if the accounts have not been active for more than 2+ years. So, at the moment, we can't fulfill your request. You are free to register another account as per the Game Rules:

2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email.
