I haven't played PRO in awhile and decided to come back for a bit and see if anything has changed. Matter a fact loads have changed but since my return I haven't been able to log in. I used to play on the Red server and now I guess is Silver and Gold. Not sure what's going on but whenever I try to long into either server (I want to play on Silver) I does not allow me to log in and I'm met with a "Invalid username or password". I have changed my password to see if that cleared things up and it hasn't. Do I need to make a new account?

Hi there

 

Your progress is stored on the Red server, it has not been deleted.

You must first merge your Blue and Red server accounts to play again on the Silver Server.

 

Follow the merge steps to succesfully merge your account.

How to merge:

[spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button:

[spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!

In your case, you would have to select the Red Server as your main account.
