I wonder why I lost all my game progress badges !

I went in and I went to talk to Professor Oak again.

I do not know why anymore gave a screen as if I was creating new character being that I had successfully merged my account.

Hello,

 

When you merged the account did you by chance select the wrong account to merge to. You had a choice between taking the main account of either red or blue server. If you selected the wrong server it would have set you with a new account basically or otherwise resume story where you left off on the server you selected to merge.

 

Unfortunately if you did select wrong server not much can be done about it at this point.
