What have you done before the problem was there?

try to logging in this morning but I got "your pro version is out of date" error

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to DL the latest version from https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563 and https://pokemonrevolution.net/Downloads.php

but when I extract the .rar or execute the .exe, norton delete several .dll like assembly-csharp or UnityScript and when the window pop it's a black screen

there is a simple solution to this.

 

Norton antivirus has to be just about the worst antivirus out there. get rid of it

Yep, what Arnie said. Or you can just adjust in the settings so the Anti-Virus can't harm your game files.

There is always an option in the settings of the application that you can add a specific folder into a trusted zone, so the antivirus won't scan it.

I found how to resolve my problems ^^

I restored the deleted files then I added an exception for the .exe app
