Hello pls today during my game session my charmeleon up lvl 32 bug at the same time my game bug so i cant lean the new spell . My charmeleon is SPATK so this spell is important for me, so i want to know if is possible to do something to learn back this spell?

You can re-learn the move at cerulean or saffron, look for the NPC named "Move buffet"

If the said move is within the pokemons level-up movepool you can re-learn.
