Yes, it should have given you the option to evolve it when he traded it back to you.

 

Did more than one Pokémon evolve during the trade?

I evolve the haunter he gives me, but when we made the second trade my haunter went in PC without the choice to evolve him. That's why I ask if I can evolve with an other trade ^^

Yes. Shouldn't be a problem.

Make sure you have open slots in your party, and it won't go to pc, you'll be able to evolve it.
