Hello there! If you have lost connection in battle, then you would've lost the battle to Jackson. With that said, you cannot rebattle Jackson and you'll have to go back to Pallet Town to talk to Jackson's Mom.

 

Now, as for 'losing your account', please specify how you lost your account. If you have two accounts, there is no problem with trading the items to your other account. For the coins, you may want go into the shop under consumables and turn it into a coin capsule first so you can trade it to your second account. The Screenshot below should show you where it is located.
