Hello there! I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I regret to inform you about this, but disconnnects against NPCs count as losses in PRO. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cooldowns because it would be unfair to everyone else negatively impacted by server crash or disconnect. It could also be abused in some cases. In certain cases, we give out compensation for especially long downtimes if the disconnect was our fault.

 

If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your side, you may try the following:

- Call your internet provider.

-Troubleshoot Your Hardware.

-Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection.

-Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps.

-Try a New DNS Server.

 

Nonetheless, you may rebattle the trainer after a day. We're sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
