Boss pokemon rewards nature question

I'm kinda new to fighting bosses and I'd like to know if we can somehow predict ,or let's say manipulate the nature of a pokemon given as a reward to us from a boss ?

I would really appreciate a helpful response :)

You can bring a sync to the Kanto boss currently for the winstreak reward. Otherwise that is the only one you can properly sync/manipulate at this time. They are in process of changing all region boss so it can be done this way for the winstreak reward. The pokemon given at the end of a battle randomly with boss will still be unable to be synced.
