Hello there! Articuno is in Seafoam B4F, Zapdos in the Kanto Powerplant, Moltres is in Victory Road Kanto 3F, and Mewtwo is in Cerulean Cave B1F. For the Mew quest, you may find the walkthrough in the Legendary Megathread. Now, I see that you have gotten your answer therefore if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
