been playing in a while the game overall is good but i wish the sprites of the pokemon

is more update like in x/y even not animated just my suggestion :thanks:

We do not have animated sprites because it would require gifs (which don't work) or 3d models.

Simple thing is, the X/Y sprites arent fit for purpose. they were made to be optimised for inferior hardware. they have silly edge marking and are hugely aliased.

 

we are using static base sprites because they are cleaner, and overall require less performance. and to be honest, with fhe amount of people complaining they cant run the game becauze they use ancient hardware/OS its a good thing we do it this way.
