What you'll need:

Aron level 6-15, 6 works best but isn't needed, Must be Sturdy

(Can be found in Oreburgh Mine B1F with MS or a lv15 from a boss reward, or you can buy one from a player... hopefully they get hunted if this trick gets popular)

Focus sashes

(Depending on how low level your trainee is, or if it has a priority move)

Access to the egg move tutor, and $15,000 to be able to teach Aron Endeavor

 

How to obtain Focus Sashes:

Boss rewards (A lot of bosses sometimes give 5)

PvP coins (1 coin = 1 Sash)

15 for $100,000 in Gold's Gym (I do not recommend, there are better ways)

 

How to do the trick:

1. Go to an area with high leveled Pokemon

(Preferably with easy access to healing and Pokemon that cant Flinch you, I found that Route 225 works best, left of Survival Area)

2. Lead with Aron and use Endeavor, 99% of the time the AI will attack you

3. Let Aron faint

4. Bring in your trainee, holding a focus sash or a priority move

5. Gain 891273987981273 levels.

Note: It is extremely important to let Aron faint, if it gains any levels this trick won't work as well. Use Endeavor until you faint to guarantee safety.

Obviously this works best with membership, or some form of EXP boost.
