Hi there,

 

Sorry for the delayed response. Your account was caught in a Red account wipe to help stabilize the server when it was under heavy traffic, therefore, we no longer have your game data saved anymore. This problem happened when you merged your account without having the complete save data. If you have made any donation before, please provide your proof of transaction by making a new thread in the Donations & Coins Issues subforum and an Admin will be able to reimburse you. Be sure to let them know you got an account reset due to a Red wipe; you can link this thread for their reference.

 

With that being said, your account has been reset! Please have a check and let me know if there is any problem with it.
