heya,

 

i have a trouble on the SS Ann boat. I think i rushed the quest because i direclty had the fight against Jackson before speaking to the npcs, and now when i speak to the scientist in order to have the potion he do not give it to me. A moderator told me that i need to have a pecha berry and to speak to blissey on the ballroom, but there's not any blissey in the room, the moderator just show me where it should be, but there's nothing

i cant access to the captain room too

 

i think this is a quest bug or something,

Step 1.First make sure you have a Pecha Berry,(If you don't there's one in the trash bin around the kitchen).Talk to the Doctor in this kitchen and tell him you wanna help.

Step 2.Find Jenson.Last room down the hall,Go inside and talk to him with the Pecha Berry so he can Brew the potion.

Step 3.Head toward the Ballroom which is the Top floor,you'll end up seeing these Great Stone Dragon statue from Mulan.Make sure you beat Jackson inside here before heading to the ballroom.

Step 4.Once you're in the Ballroom,Head left,you'll see a stair you can go up on,follow that upper path left until you see a Blissey.Talk to Blissey and she'll magically disappear giving you the medicine.

Step 5.Walk all the way to the guard tell him you have potions and give potion to capt.

 

please redo all those steps to ensure you have done it right

thanks mate but i have the pecha and when i speak to jenson he do not give me anything but i took the pecha in the kitchen...

You already have HM01 - CUT my friend, so you completed the quest at some stage. Just go fight the gym leader in vermilion.
