Moved to propper section- gen support- How sadly it is to lose a pokemon because of server crashes there is nothing we can do. We are terrible sorry for the loss, but do hope you can still find joy in the game.

Sorry your gallade was released and there is no way to recover it. I do hope in the future you woud be more careful when releasing a pokemon, even with it being an accident. Allways check befor confirming, i do hope you still will enjoy your game.

try using Winrar it might be a better service, also if you have issues with that just try redownloading afew times

Hello, it might be harsh handled from a player position. How ever the person in charge had to make sure people follow the rules, often am i there as well and i make sure people read the rules after being warned.
