Hi i played on the old red servers and went on break for a while when i returned i noticed there was only two servers so when i logged onto gold i noticed all of my pokemon everything gone as well as cosmetics i bought a long time ago i was wondering is there anyway to get these back if possible?

Your game data is safe; you simply need to play on the Silver server in order to continue.

 

The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Red server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file.

 

Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ.

 

If you encounter some issues, be sure to check out the Common Merge Errors: FAQ before making another post.

As stated in my previous response, you will need to merge your Red and Blue save data in order to log into the Silver server; you will not be able to login otherwise.

 

Quick Reminder on how to merge:

[spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!
