Staff view wasn't normally intended to be used by players, but it eventually became a 'feature' for players to use. Therefore, this doesn't count as bug abuse and you're free to use this to improve your quality of life. Bug abuse is usually repeatedly abusing some in-game object to profit as a player. For example, finding an exploit in an NPC and doing certain game actions to make the NPC infinitely give you items. With this said, you have nothing to worry about.
