Silver2901 Posted June 1, 2018 Share Posted June 1, 2018 So I haven't been on recently because I'm exams so I update PRO but when I go to click on the silver server which I was told was where I was suppose to be as I used to be on the red server its says invalid username or password but when I click on gold with the exact same user name and password it lets me in and its makes me choose my appearance again and then when I get in i'm back at the beginning and I have no Pokémon or items! Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Sviper Posted June 1, 2018 Share Posted June 1, 2018 Thanks for the response but I only ever had one account One account contained data for all 3 servers, so what I'm saying that now your account contains 2 different characters datas in one server, so that's why you need merge even you played at one server before.
