i have an old account and i stopped playing years ago , and now when i tried to play again , it shows that im a new player no data there for me , i used to play on blue , and silver logged me in , but no data , any way i can get my account back? i have a message history that shows that i have tried to join an old event in pro , so the mod or a gh called goat jesus , he is the 1 who took my information , any way im really hoping to play soon , thanks

Since you have not been around for awhile, some things have changed. For your information, Red and Blue is now the Silver server while the Gold server is formerly known as Yellow. Even if you played on just one of either Red or Blue server, you will have to merge your account or it will say "invalid username or password". You can find the details about the merge by checking the Merge F.A.Q.

 

I've checked the database and your progress from the Blue server is still intact and it looks like you have successfully merged your account. From my observations, your progress along with your pokemon still exists. Can you elaborate more on the missing data? Looking forward to your reply.

yes i did merge it , it says file/page can not be found , that was yesterday , but today it worked , thanks a lot
